Y-Cycling Classes

* CYCLING CLASSES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS TO RUN EACH SESSION.

WINTER SESSION:

WINTER: JANUARY 5- FEBRUARY 22
Member registration begins December 15
Public registration begins December 24

You must register for cycling classes in person or by mail, fax or phone. On-line registration is not available for these classes.

Traditional Y-Cycling
An energetic, instructor-led, vigorous cycling class designed to challenge you with a high-intensity cardio workout for ages 16 and up.

Karaoke Y-Cycling
Inspired by Y-cyclers, this class lets you cycle and sing at the top of your lungs to all types of music. Great for those who love to sing in their cars.

Beginner Cycling
Try the beginner version of Y-Cycling.

Class fees for above classes:
One time per week: $47; Members pay only $29
Two times per week: $87; Members pay only $49
Three times per week: $127; Members pay only $69
Four times per week: $157; Members pay only $89
Drop-in (per class) $10; Members pay only $5 #10314-99

Team Cycling

Group Cycling
