Cardio Mix
We're mixing it up! Class formats may include step, kickboxing, bootcamp, and hi/low, just to name a few that will give you a complete cardiovascular workout.
Aerobics & More
A challenging cardio workout designed for advanced participants. Combines aerobic conditioning with muscle conditioning and flexibility exercise.
Cardio Pilates
A fusion of cardiovascular exercises and Pilates exercises to help train your heart and tone your muscles all at the same time.
Kick-Punch
Kickboxing techniques are used to increase endurance and agility. Actual standing bags are used for punching and kicking. Greatly increases arm, shoulder and leg strength. Gloves are required for this class. Please bring your own gloves.
Kick-Punch Plus
High energy, 1.5 hour workout applying kickboxing techniques to increase strength & agility, and includes an abdominal workout. Gloves are required for this class. Please bring your own gloves.
Cardio Drills
Combines cardiovascular training and interval drills.
Mix It Up
We're mixing it up! Class formats may include step, abs, hi/low, toning, just to name a few that will give you a complete workout.The class style varies weekly but always includes aerobics, toning and stretching.
Zumba
Dance-themed workout that features aerobic & interval training with a combination of fast & slow rhythms to sculpt the body.
