A stimulating workout that combines high-energy step patterns and muscle toning. Perfect for improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular condition.
Double Step Classes (use two steps!):
Step & Tone
Step movements blended with a half-hour of muscular strength training. Step I experience is helpful.
