Children under age 13 MUST have an adult present in the facility with them at all times.

Young Runners Club
Promotes running, improves physical fitness and helps develop social skills. Class meets on the track or by accomodations made by the instructor. Ages 10 - 13. Sign up at the service center today!

Youth Strength Training
A YMCA coach will teach young people the proper way to strength train. Classes meet in the personal fitness center. Graduates from this class may use the fitness center when accompanied by parent or guardian. Ages 11 - 13. Sign up at the service center today! Maximum capacity: 10

Kid Sculpt
This fun class focuses on conditioning the core and provides a variety of upper and lower body exercises for ages 8-15. This class also will help sculpt and develop flexibility.

Families on Track
On Friday evenings from 6:00-8:00 p.m., families are invited to walk on the indoor track together. All children must be supervised. Strollers welcome. Members only.
