Health & Wellness at the Y
Abs, bellies, backs and bottoms beware! Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at the Y includes more than just working out. In addition to our physical fitness classes and facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.
Each YMCA member is unique and local branches offer a variety of classes to meet their needs. Choose from walking, yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and more. Y Cycling is the latest craze at several branches. This energetic, instructor-led vigorous cycling class challenges members with a high-intensity cardio workout.
On the mat, on your feet or on the bike, the Y offers something for every interest and ability!
