How to Become a Member

It's easy!
 
Download our membership application, fill it out and bring it to your local branch of the YMCA of Greater St. Louis. One of our service center associates will be happy to help you!
 
When you join the Y, you belong to a community of men, women and children who strive every day to be healthy, confident and connected.
 
If you're a current member and need to renew your membership, scroll down for online membership renewal instructions.
 

Financial assistance is offered to individuals and families who cannot afford membership.  Financial scholarships are available at all branches thanks to the generous support of those who give to our annual YMCA Strong Community CampaignClick here to access an application for assistance or visit the Service Center at your local  Y branch.


 

 

Already a Member and Need to Renew Your Membership?

If you’re a member who pays for your membership once per year, please follow the instructions below to renew for the next year.  (These instructions also apply for locker renewals.) If you wish to make any changes, such as changing branches, switching membership types or applying for financial assistance, please visit your local branch to do so. You may also visit your branch if you'd like to switch to easy monthly drafts from a credit card or bank account.

If you have a log-in ID and password:

1.  Click here and log in under “Returning Member Login.”

2.  Click on the membership renewal tab.

3.  Click on “Renew” and pay one of two ways:
           *   By credit card or
           *   If you have a bank account or credit card number saved in our secure system, select the  
               account you wish to use to pay your dues.

You will receive a receipt for your payment. Your membership is renewed for one more year.

If you do not have a log-in ID and password yet:

1.   Click here.

2.   To create a login ID, click on “Create Login.”

3.   Enter your email address and confirm, create and enter your password, your last name and your facility access number (on your membership key tag.)  If you do not know your facility access number, you can contact your branch for the membership number.

4.   Click "Create Login" and you will be directed to your account.

5.   Click on the membership renewal tab.

6.   Click on “renew” and pay one of two ways:
            *   By credit card or
            *   If you have a bank account or credit card number saved in our secure system, select the
                 account you wish to use to pay your dues.

You will receive a receipt for your payment. Your membership is renewed for one more year.
