The purpose of the YMCA of Greater St. Louis Leadership Development Center is to recruit, develop, and retain a talented and diverse work force to advance the mission of the YMCA.

What we are?

The Leadership Development Center (LDC) is the training facility for the YMCA of Greater St. Louis providing a classroom setting for further learning potential for all YMCA staff and volunteers.

The facilities?

The LDC facility offers three classrooms equipped with computer and audiovisual equipment. The meeting room and training room hold a maximum of 30 participants, while the computer room can accommodate 12 participants at computer modules.
