
RANDY PUTZLER - PERSONAL TRAINER OF THE MONTH
Randy Putzler is an NFPT and AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. He also holds certifications and certificates in Telefitness Training, Stability Ball Training and Senior Fitness. He is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer, having completed an array of courses and programs with the YMCA, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, National Federation of Professional Trainers, National Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Senior Fitness Association and others. He is a CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor for the American Red Cross and is qualified instructor in the Silver Sneakers program. He specializes in General Weight Loss, Conditioning and Senior Fitness. He is a graduate of Columbia College and, prior to retiring to devote himself exclusively to fitness training, he enjoyed a 30-plus year career in Health Care and Human Resources Management, management consulting and as a management development and employee relations specialist.

Are you tired of your same routine? Look into personal training to get you motivated to reach your goals. A qualified personal trainer will work one-on-one with you to develop a customized fitness program that will work for you, and work with you throughout the training.
