Ages 13 and up.

Build confidence and knowledge as you team up with a fitness instructor who will lead you through six phases of strength training. Learn how to manipulate set and repetition combinations to focus on muscular endurance, strength and building lean muscle tissue. You will learn new exercises every four weeks to keep your body and mind challenged. This program is excellent for those with or without previous strength training experience and highly recommended for YPF graduates.
