YPF is a 12-week structured program that provides you with your own personal fitness "coach" to get you started on an exercise routine that will help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. Hey Teens . . . join the South County Family YMCA Teen Leaders or Junior Leaders Club and you get more than just a chance to make new friends. You get the opportunity for meaningful VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY SERVICE to the YMCA and the community . . . and it's FUN!
