The Big Cats (Pre-K Class of 2009) celebrated their graduation from the Monsanto Family YMCA Early Childhood Education Center on June 6, 2009.

On Friday, June 13, The Monsanto Family YMCA held their annual kickoff to Summer Pool Party. YMCA members and the community enjoyed a family event that featured swiming, face-painting, inflatables, music and crafts.

Over 90 members of the Monsanto Family YMCA embarked on a trip to the YMCA of teh Ozarks Trout Lodge on May 1st as part of the Active Older Adults Program. Activities included arts & crafts, pontoon rides, hiking, a scavenger hunt and more.

U.S. Senator Christopher “Kit” Bond announcs that the YMCA of Greater St. Louis will receive $250,000 in federal earmark funds to expand after-school programming for teens through their Monsanto Family YMCA branch in north St. Louis.

The children at the Monsanto's ECEC visit with animals from the St. Louis Zoo. They learned about soft, hard, smooth and rough textures and the different animals that have these skin types.

On Friday, May 26 we held our official kickoff to summer pool party at the outdoor pool. Members and Guests enjoyed swimming, food, fun and much more.

In addition to lunch, seniors listen to experts on the risks, signs and symptoms of diabetes and heart diseases.

In honor of Black History Month children learned of Africa, their ancestry and of African American leaders.
