School Age Child Care

The Emerson Family YMCA School Age Child Care Program provides a high quality, safe, convenient, recreational environment for children and teens regardless of ability.

Our philosophy is to:

  1. Provide quality care for children, regardless of socio/economic background.
  2. Support and strengthen the family unit.
  3. Help children develop to their fullest potential.
  4. Deliver the program in a positive YMCA environment of safety, support and care.

Our program:

  • operates in the Ferguson/Florissant, Hazelwood and Pattonville School Districts
  • state licensed for grades K through 5
  • conveniently located in your child's school
  • opens as early as 6:30 a.m. in Pattonville schools and 6:45 a.m. in Ferguson/Florissant and Hazelwood schools
  • closes as late as 6:00 p.m.
  • trained, caring, professional staff
  • planned, recreational and enhancement activities focusing on fun, learning and the development of a positive self image
  • financial assistance and inclusion services are available

To Register:
Complete appropriate registration form and bring to the Emerson Family YMCA along with your child's shot record. You will need to complete additional forms at the time of registration.

Registration Fee:
Ferguson/Florissant Schools: $30/Child $50/Family
Hazelwood Schools: $30/Child $50/Family
Pattonville Schools: $30/Child
