At the 36th Annual Lamplighter Society Dinner, in recognition of exemplary and sustained YMCA volunteer leadership, the YMCA of Greater St. Louis presented the 2007 J. Clinton Hawkins Award to Rachelle Reeg.

The J. Clinton Hawkins Award is the YMCA of Greater St. Louis' most prestigious honor, and is presented annually to a volunteer whose leadership in the YMCA has been exemplary and sustained. The award was established in 1981 in appreciation for J. Clinton Hawkins' faithful devotion and dedicated service in upholding the YMCA mission in the community.
